"Very poor patient care. I recently had a new patient exam scheduled and was left sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes with no updates as to why they were so far behind or how much longer it would be. There were only 2 other people sitting in the waiting room. I spoke with the receptionist and told him I was going to leave, then I left.
