"Scheduled my first appt to see a doctor about my knee. Despite filling out preregistration online, was asked to arrive 30 mins early. Sat in the office for well over and hour and never saw the doctor. Very rude and unapologetic staff acted like it happened all the time. I guess they are ok with people wasting an hour and a half of THEIR time. "

"I went to Ortho One with a bone spur and an X-ray. The doc did not address the bone spur. He said I may have a hairline. I knew from the X-ray I had a bone spur! It would have been nice to hear that both a bone spur and a hairline needed the boot. I heard from the hairdresser several weeks later that a boot had been the remedy for her spur! Just not enough communication!"
