"They’re great on the phone, but really a circus of confusion, disorganization, and dishonesty. Bait-and-switch, high-pressure, bullying up-sell that would shame a used car salesman. Appointment disorganization has dentists confused about what time slots are committed to which patients for which procedures. Dentist says they’ll see you tomorrow for a procedure, but staff catches you in the parking ..."
