"Had an appointment with Dr. Bagdonavich Tuesday morning. I spoke to the office twice on Monday to clarify my insurance, in addition to getting multiple confirmation texts and emails. When I showed up a half hour early for my appiontment, the unfriendly incompetent employee informed me I do not have an appointment because the Dr. Is not there....she also claimed to have called the day before to inform ..."
