"I have been to this office a few times now. It never fails that if I need to communicate with someone, I cannot. Yesterday they called me to tell me they did not have the medical test I need Available. At the same time I got a call from a neurologist that I had been waiting for a week. I told the scheduler I would call her right back I've been waiting on this call for a week. I finished the conversation ..."
