"I've been attempting to get an appointment scheduled with a pain management specialist here for over a month and have had a terrible experience with the nurses and schedulers. From outright rude treatment over the phone, getting hung up on while trying to ask for their fax number where records are to be sent, to being told I "better do my homework" when I didn't have the fax number for my former pain ..."
