"On February 2023, I got a voicemail from them saying “Effective December 5, 2022 all patients are required to pay an annual patient administration fee of $100. This fee is not billable to insurance and non-reimbursable this annual fee allows us to continue to provide the highest quality of care for our patients including face masks, consulting patients over the phone, faxing documents to employers, ..."

"This practice has started charging patients $100 to go there. If you are going for your free insurance paid annual, you will not be able to go for free. If you are going for a UTI or any other reason, simple or complex, you will not just have to pay your copay, you will have to pay them $100. This is unacceptable. "
