"Disappointed in the organization's concern and follow through. Dr. Lapenna is an excellent cardiologist, but when you call his MA they never call back and work through the question or issues that you presented in several voicemails and messages. We are only trying to get my father's medication confirmed (as he has Alzheimer's dementia and can't tell us) from this organization. It is funny how ..."
