"I've been going to this clinic monthly for over 16yrs now. I always make my next appointment before I leave and, even though they write the date and time on a card, at least once a year they don't put it in the computer. So, I make the 60 mile round trip only to be treated like a junkie who is trying to get their drugs early. Even though I was making monthly payments, I was turned into collections ..."
