"I waited almost 4 weeks for my Holter monitor results. Called the office 3 times and was given the run around. No one even looked into it until I insisted on a report. Jason, monitor tech, finally took a look and found the report was sitting untouched on a cardiologist’s desk waiting to be signed off on.
