"My experience at Montana State Hospital in the fall of 2020 was quite horrible. I would give it zero stars if possible. On the first day another patient pulled me down the hallway by my hair until staff heard my screams. We were not moved into separate units after this incident. Most of the technicians were horrible. One frequently threatened to "lock me" in an isolation room if I "misbehaved" to ..."
