"I think they need to revamp their approval process for TRT. meds. I can't be the only client with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. What should have been a two day process; has turned into over a week. All the scheduling for tests has been thrown off by the inadequacies of supposedly one person, who handles the paper work.smh"
