"I've been very happy with the care and the approach. I get through every time and have even been able to email my doctor directly. I really appreciate the discussion about care options and not just having the doctor write some prescription. Overall very satisfied!"

"Questioned charges on an annual exam. After trying to call for 3 days and getting no answer I sent an email and got a reply stating they will just sent the bill to "hard collections." Beware, they add charges and do not take the time to follow up with patients."
