"I've contacted Mastos Imaging Associates also known as Methodist Radiology Associates, PLLC on several occasions. I've provided updated information for them to submit to my insurance company and they have not contacted my insurance agency at all. When I call they take my information but never update their records. Also, their volume on their phone is super low and you cant hear them very well at all. ..."
