"I will follow others giving a rating of 1 due to the professionalism and courtesy of the attending anesthesiologist; however, the billing group has been atrocious.. I started getting bills for the total amount almost immediately. Having Medicare and a supplemental insurance that has paid all my previous bills including hospital and anesthesia over the last several years, I did not expect the bills ..."

"I got a surprise bill d/t the MD was out of network. I wasnt informed that he wasnt in network but they told me that because i signed the form saying they use contract employees that may or may not be in network that I owe the balance"

"I’m only giving one star because one of the anesthesiologists was kind and professional. While being prepped for surgery and on the op table, I said the drug they put in my iv stung. The young guy (don’t know if he was a Dr or nurse) immediately put the mask over my face and said it was oxygen and to breathe deeply. I knew it was not oxygen, but both my hands were strapped down by that point. This ..."

"I had both knees replaced in Sep and Oct 2022. The only problem I had with anything was anesthesia. I have called repeatly, each time being assured "it was fixed and ignore the next bill." It's getting coded as workers comp. I have been retired for 9 years. I got another bill today. Aug 2023. Some really lazy people who would rather provide lip service than fix the problem "

"Me too. I have contacted my Insurance 3 times and each time they say it was billed wrong but now it's taken care of. Yet, every 2nd Friday of the month I get a message from MMC Anesthesia Group wanting money. "

"Unfortunately you won't see this in time before you get a letter in the mail but don't waste your time you will get a bill regardless to whether your insurance cover something or not on their main reviews that's all you read I myself have gotten a bill I shouldn't have to pay that my son's insurance covered in 2019 now I'm getting sued because they didn't run my son's Insurance obviously even though ..."
