"Very unhelpful. When they called day prior to her surgery and asked to speak with her told them she was not available but I was responsible party. Refused to speak to me even after repeated assurances I was the correct contact since we gave them my contact information on all forms. Very passive aggressive when we showed up next day. Hope your interaction is better than mine. "
