"I only give them 1 star because the staff and my doctor are superb (Brandi Gosdin). It has become impossible to communicate with the office or my doctor, however, because all calls go to a call center somewhere and my messages are never passed on to my doctor no matter how urgent I say it is. "??HORRIBLE communication! Can’t get anyone to call back or on the phone. Calls are routed to out of state third party message/appt personal. On top of that, since seeing Dr. So (Las Colinas) for two years, she has charged me for every annual appt. I’ve scheduled with her. She ILLEGALLY CHANGES codes!
