"I have been a patient for a numbest of years. I respect Dr. Hough because she at least looks at you durng examination. I recently home tested Covid positive and called the office and navigated the telephone tree to report the result. is it too much to expect someone from the office would respond and show some interest? This is not my first experience of their incompetence and worse."
