"My appointment was at 10:20. Got a call at 10:15, as I was pulling into the parking lot, that I was one day too early for my annual wellness visit. Apparently last year I had one on 11/21 and today is 11/20, so the insurance wouldn’t cover it today. Rather than let me know this when I was in the office in June or last Friday when they called to remind me of my appointment, they decided to tell me ..."
