"I am deeply disappointed with the laboratory services I received recently. Despite being third on the sign-up list for my blood test, a lady wearing a pink scrub prioritized seven other individuals before me. This lack of adherence to the waiting list is frustrating and unprofessional. The behavior of the blonde lady in the pink scrub was also extremely rude and disrespectful.
