"I never write a negative review but this is ridiculous. My son had an appointment at 2pm for ortho and then a cleaning at 3pm. We were done with the ortho appointment at 2:35. He was not for his cleaning until 4pm. I went to the reception on 4 different times to follow up and see why it was taking so long. They kept saying he is “next”. Meanwhile everyone who came after us was seen first. I so upset ..."
