"Last week, my husband was scheduled to see Dr. Laura LaBoone for a follow-up appointment. His initial appointment with her was pleasant enough and it seemed that they were establishing a positive rapport. However, instead of seeing Dr. LaBoone, he was seen by FNP Meredith Everett, which was unexpected.
