"I was told by a dental hygienist with her mask down when I complained about having to pay for my teeth cleaning when I had purchased your insurance and even though the girl hygienist had never seen me she sarcastically told me that I had rotten teeth and gums in front of your front desk staff as I was checking out. "I came in for the primary purpose of getting my teeth cleaned but I almost was prevented from getting that done. After a lengthy discussion with the front office my very good hygienist was able to get me an option of getting my teeth cleaned or prepare for a relatively expensive deep gum cleaning program. I got my teeth cleaned, thank you, but some young lady with a mask hanging around her neck ..."
