"Called to schedule and explained that the tooth (they filled a year ago) is hurting, and appears to be broken. We were scheduled for a next day appointment. I emailed the new insurance cards for both BCBS policies (primary and supplement) and update the patient info online prior to prevent a possible situation. The day of the appointment, a cleaning with a toothbrush and an attempt to collect $1400, ..."
