"Wish I could give ZERO stars. My son went in for shoulder surgery. First, the billing department double charged us because we had already prepaid the surgeon. There answer was "well, we shouldn't have done that". ABSURD response. Second, they told us the surgery had been rescheduled to be earlier. However, somebody should have told the surgeon because my son waited two hours AFTER being prepped for ..."
