"Felt like I should cancel cleaning when covid-19 hit. Months went by. Started having discomfort build so I called to make an appointment. Got in the next day for cleaning and evaluation. Scheduled for repair within days but also on cancellation list. All players involved all excellent. The receptionist that greeted me was very friendly & from then on, things just got better. I am quite elderly & had not been to a dentist for a few years, so first, they needed x-rays. "I was so happy to be able to return for a cleaning after having to change my appointment due to COVID. At the front door, I was happily greeted by a masked employee, given a form to fill out regarding my current health, temperature checked (and of course masks required in the waiting room). "Hard to be brief, but here goes. The issue: I broke a tooth during Covid and stayed away from the dentist until it started hurting, then phone for an appointment. Was given one within two days. Dr. Mike Rolfes determined that the tooth was infected and should be treated asap, and started me on antibiotics. The office gave me an appointment for 2 days later. Great start.
