"This is by far the worst physicians office I have every experienced. The wait time is over an hour even when you arrive on time for your appointment. The customer service is terrible when it comes to follow-up and pre-authorizations for medications. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for something that should have been taken care of within a day or two. Thank goodness it isn't life-saving medicine. ..."
