"tried to get an appointment here and had been warned that the staff is not friendly or helpful. When I called the first question was my birthdate! Once they found out I was medicare age she told me that the dr was not accepting any more patients. However since I was referred by another inova dr they would see if there was an acception. Two days later they called and said no the dr could not accept ..."

"My husband and I were supposed to see Dr. Abdul-Rahman last week. We are new to this area. When we came to the INOVA campus we could not find the building. We went into the Bull Run building and they couldn't help us. We went home and my husband tried to message the doctor, but it required an ID code to do so. He was given a code online and when he entered it, the site indicated "wrong code." ..."
