"If you can choose elsewhere do so. They never call back to schedule appointments even after ER visit/referral. Called to set up an appointment after 2nd ER visit. Had referrals from both ER and PCP as well as a PPO plan so there was no bottleneck on care approval. First call on 10/20/22 and they "had to request records and would call back." Second call on 10/21/22 and "we have the records we just ..."
