"This was my first and last time visiting this facility. This facility lacks air conditioning. It is tiny and looks like a run-down old house converted into a doctor's office. The waiting room is ancient. The paper work they have you sign is faded and barely readable because of how faint the copy is. One of the receptionists probably should not be working there.
