"Veterans beware. Overall a terrible experience. The VA referred to Patrick because I broke my right hand. Since the beginning, the front desk representative are not clear with communication and rude. Takes forever to get ahold of Patrick for an emergency to get advice on what to do. Finally had surgery and Patrick was over an hour and half late starting the surgery. Very unprofessional. After surgery ..."
