"No one answers the phone just a repetitive recording. Second number is for texting your issue but there is no reply or follow-up. Telephone appointments only and no refills for medication. Appointments are 2 months apart. Cannot get relief from anxiety/worry/fear. "

"Cannot get an answer for this phone. Constant ringing but no answer or recording. Been trying for 3 weeks to refill a prescription and schedule an appointment. Have sent a "message" to the doctor, no response. "

"It appears this clinic has closed without notifying their patients. I have been unable to get ahold of anyone to inquire about my appointment and get refills on my meds, and I ran out of meds. "I’m UNBELIEVABLY disappointed with this clinic right now. I have the same complaints as the ones I’ve been reading. The situation I’ve been thrust into is that I had a telehealth appointment for medication mgmt on October 10, and my provider NO-SHOWED. Since then, chat feature on site has disappeared. "I am yet another patient that they left high and dry without my mental health meds! I've been without them for over a month and all the progress I had made with mental health is back to where it was.
