"Staff shows no empathy. I was never called to back like they said for my mom. My mother and several patients were complaining about iv placement being so painful. They need more help"

"Coming up on 3 hours in the waiting room for a colonoscopy. Nobody seems to care as you've already endured your prep and leaving means just doing it somewhere else. Staff doesn't know anything. Was told 30 minutes 90 minutes ago. Stay away. "
