"The tech took my mother to have an MRI done. Tech brought her back to her room in a wheelchair without her oxygen, foaming at the mouth, eyes rolled into her head. Then left her there and walked away. Had to run to get a nurse. My mother code blue, died in the wheelchair. The nurses rushed to revive her realizing thier mistakes. My mother ended up in ICU because of the neglect. They did not feed ..."
