"terrible"

"After my initial dental work there- which was good and very proffessional, my insurance finally became activated. I asked Hola dental office mgrs. to get me pre-approved for next round of work. gave them my new policy # and phone #'s. they would never call me back. never responded to my inquiries by e mail. to this day, and it has now been 18 months, i do not know if they even tried to get back with ..."

"The entire staff, from front office to technicians to the Dentist himself, were all very friendly, competent, and efficient. Time was taken to ensure the procedures were fully explained and understood. Procedure costs were less than expected and results were excellent."
