"I should give them no stars. I have low-T. You must get a blood test every year to monitor your T levels since it is a controlled substance. Dr. Peter Mugenta said he doesn't do testosterone, meaning he didn't how to treat it, didn't want to deal with it. etc. I've had this issue for 18 years so I know how to play the game. He "referred" me to 2 other doctors (which has been more than 2 weeks ..."
