"I was not born with the best teeth and thus have been to several dentists through the years.... Dr. David Rainwater is absolutely THE BEST! He is smart skilled and PAINLESS! Trust me, he is the best in central Arkansas. His office staff is excellent and I LOVE his hygienist Melonie. Can’t say enough good things!"
