"I'll start off with the positive! Dr. Bowen and Dr. Pham have been amazing care givers! I have never had an issue with them or the nurses. The reason why I'm giving two stars is because of the front office staff. First, they never answer the phone and they do not call back when you leave a message. But the part that really got under my skin was my experience today. My appointment was at 9:45am today ..."
