"Terrible customer service. The receptionist didn’t know what I was there for. Had to request an explanation of what was going to be done. No introduction and no in gave their name. I understand the need to be careful in the time of virus but I saw no faces. Couldn’t they practice social distance for greeting n then cover up? I spoke to a female doctor and then a male came in to do the procedure. ..."

"My appointment was at 9.00am and the front desk staff didn’t arrive until 9:15 and I signed in at 9:20. There was no apology for the late start. There was nowhere to hang my coat and I had to place it with my handbag, glasses n ratings on a little table that already had a plant on it while I did x-rays. Had to wait another 15 minutes before the dr came.she did not introduce herself and I wasn’t sure ..."

"Yesterday I got my wisdom tooth extracted and to be honest I was SO AFRAID, but once I was prep’ed for the procedure everyone from start to finish was very helpful & took care of me. Although I was a mess, they really took the time to guide me through step by step."

"This is the worst dental office I ever experienced. The customer service was terrible and the dentist wow what can I say about him. He rushed and didn’t explain anything to me. I wouldn’t let him work on my dog teeth it was just that bad. I wouldn’t refer anything to this office never"
