"We were so happy with our first visit for our 2yr old and 4yr old. The dentist can be a scary place but the staff did an EXCELLENT job making our kids feel safe and comfortable and worked quickly before kids started to get antsy. We are big fans and so happy with the convenient location!"

"Walking in the door, you're greeted, and checked in. There's a good vibe in the office. Friendly people. I and my son, have always been treated respectfully, and we enjoy (as much as anybody could enjoy) our orthodontist and dentist trips!"

"Have always had a great experience here. That said, the last two appointments (checkup, then sealants/filling) have been unclear and frustrating. The office isn’t communicating with our insurance effectively so the info I am given about costs has not been accurate. For example, my son was eligible this year for a full series of xrays to be fully covered — unfortunately, the office did the X-rays differently ..."

We are sorry for your frustration with insurance. We are in network with many plans and each company can have many plans also. It is recommended to request a predetermination if you would like to know exactly ahead of time what your plan covers. We are of course happy to do this for you. Another option is to login online to your insurance website to view your personal coverage. Thank you for your feed back and we can certainly run a predetermination next time per your request.
