"Worst worst worst front desk staff. First of all, she didn't know what is difference in Co-pay and Co-insurance. My card clearly says I just have to pay co-pay during the doctor office visit. And when the doctor sends bill to the insurance company, I pay the co-insurance after the insurance company process the bill. I know I have deductible not match yet but that does not mean she can ask any amount ..."

"This is a poorly run, chaotic office offering among the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. A barbershop couldn’t be run this way, let alone a medical clinic. The staff are almost comically unhelpful and seemed genuinely baffled by basic tasks like measuring my height, weight, and vitals on intake.
