"My son was in the hospital for 2 weeks I was told to do a follow up appt not only at discharge but the doctor himself asked me to make an appointment within 2 weeks of discharge. I've been calling for 2 weeks no call backs. The Dr. was absolutely wonderful in the hospital so if I was rating him I'd give him a 5 but as of now office staff specifically scheduling gets a 1 I'd give a 0 if it was an ..."
