"Like always: I was treated like a Queen even though it is known by many that going to the dentist office is something we want to avoid, however, after being cared for changes everything so no complaints. "I agree with all the other positive reviews. I have a small mouth and I usually walk out with sores, not with Dr. Chan. Live in LA and was visiting in Coarsegold. Lost a filling and they took me right away. No hassles, pleasant experience. Dr. Chan is very gentle. I highly recommend her. I want to keep her as my permanent dentist. Willing to drive 3.5 hours to see her. Am going back soon ..."

"Dr Chan makes me so welcome and comfortable she personally comes out to greet us when we arrive.. I almost feel like we are family, her and her staff are so nice and awesome I had needed a crown luckily they were able to save my tooth i thought they couldn't but im very happy with the end results ,also they play cool music too BTW ...... I have referred my family and friends and they love her ..."

"In the past 18 months I have been to 4 different dental offices and by far Dr GENY CHAN has been the BEST ! She took the time to educate me on what I need to have done. Staff is very nice and friendly they explained how my insurance works before doing anything unlike other offices and my experience was great !!!"

In our office we are here to provide quality dentistry in a family friendly like atmosphere so all our patients that leave here are feeling happy and content with the services we have provided and till now, all our patients have been very happy and pleased as you can see in our reviews from all our other patients . So that is why we are very shocked and so sorry that you have found DR. Chan to be the "RUDDIEST PERSON YOU HAVE EVER MET".Please talk to us, if there was a occurrence that has happen that lead you to feel this way . We are here to listen and correct any issues that make our patients feel as bad as you did. Without knowing the details we dont understand what went on. The last We recall you had important weekend plans and Dr . Chan had made an exception to get you on the schedule ,even though we had no openings, however ,we accommodated an appointment before you left out of town because we understood the importance of that appointment . I know you have scheduled an upcoming appointment , when you come in on that day please lets briefly chat about this situation and we can address your concerns right away ......Thank You ,
