"My GPS wasn't working as I was on my way to an appointment on 9/14/22. I called the office to tell them I was running late and to ask for directions. I got a prompt that said I was 9th in the queue. So I asked for a call back via the phone prompt system. FORTY THREE MINUTES later I got a call back. Waiting forever on hold has been and continues to be a problem with this service. Can't email a complaint ..."
