"I never even made it to my appointment due to Covid. I called them the day before my appointment (30 hours before my appointment) to tell them that I had covid symptoms and that the text I received said to notify them if I had them. They proceeded to tell me not to come in, but then told me they would charge me a $25 cancellation “no-show” fee. I told them that I would be happy to show up Covid symptoms ..."
