"On my last visit which was supposed to be a checkup for diabetes to make sure medication is working I was within time told to be there yet for some reason promptly had my appointment canceled on me last minute very inconveniently. It was very distressing, stressful, and highly irregular. Not at all a good visit."

"I switched to GH Family Medicine in 2013. Since then, I have received care above and beyond my expectations. The doctors and NPs in the office have never dismissed or ignored a concern of mine. Every time I see them, I feel that they are not rushed or anticipating the next patient. "We have been with Family Medicine of GH for over 15 years and had never had an issue until today. The receptionist was completely rude, condescending and downright disgraceful.
