"The actual physician seems to be fine but, they seem to have a disdain for the patients follow up care. I am on permanent daily medications. They must be called in to the pharmacy each month to be refiled. Without fail, the pharmacy has confirmed that the refills were not authorized by the doctor. This happens consistently, forcing me to miss scheduled medication. I think this borders on malpractice. ..."
