"The day I called to schedule my appointment left a lot to be desired. It seemed the receptionist was stressed. I had to ask about what safety procedures would be in place when I arrived for my appointment. I also had to ask if my file indicated that I needed to pre-medicate. I feel as though that information should have been covered without me asking. The day of my visit was exceptional. Great ..."
