"Terrible phone etiquete. Answering service is the worst! can’t get a hold of doctors or nurses or even receptionist on the phone … you have to go to the clinic personally and get in line to talk to the nurse or if lucky to the doctor. Have to make an appointment just to get a refill on prescription … "
