"The worst place ever! My PMC changed threw tines in three years and I was never notified. Meantime, iI am assigned to a Dr. who had left which prevents me from making appointments online. When I call for an appt, no one answers and disconnects. When you call for an advocate, I takes a week or more to get a call back. Thus, I wind up going to E.R. at Ft.Belvoir which is much closer to my house. ..."

"Horrible service. Extremely long wait times. Urgent care we waited 4 hrs to see someone. Typical wait time for prescriptions is 45 minutes. Indifferent staff. The Tricare experience! "
